Optimizing dynamics and equalization restores clarity to dialogue and breath to musical scores, ensuring a clear listening experience that complies with modern broadcast standards while remaining rigorously faithful to the sonic aesthetic of the era.
In our suites equipped with Eizo 4K monitors and Nucoda or DaVinci Resolve software, color grading is intended as an aesthetic restoration. Starting with a philological analysis of the original look, we neutralize color casts caused by chemical decay and contrast instabilities. The goal is not to “modernize” the image, but to liberate the director’s original vision, preserving the film’s natural grain and texture.
